IPS provided fabrication management services comprising the full suite of services relating to the supply and delivery of the the nitrogen storage vessels fabricated at the Australian Marine Complex, Common User Facility (AMC-CUF). The scope included the tendering, design, construction and commissioning management services necessary for the successful completion of the project. The liquid nitrogen storage vessels were fabricated at the AMC-CUF by Cryeng.
Fabrication expediting and inspection requirements were conducted by IPS personnel who maintained a constant dialogue with the supplier regarding shop manning levels, job supervision management, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QE and MDR compilation and finalisation.
