As part of the CSBP AN2 Expansion Project IPS undertook fabrication management for the bulk store building and truck load-out facility. The scope of work included all project management services from design review through to construction and commissioning management.
IPS maintained a full time fabrication management representative to manage the contractors’ and suppliers’ activities right up to completion of the works.
