CSBP engaged IPS to oversee overall fabrication management for the delivery of their nitric acid plant heat exchangers and pressure vessels. The scope included tendering, design, delivery, construction and commissioning management.
IPS maintained a full time fabrication management representative in Korea to interface with the supplier regarding shop manning levels, job supervision management, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QE and MDR compilation and finalisation.
