IPS provided fabrication management of the Man Turbo Compressor for their Amonium Nitrate plant in Kwinana, WA. IPS maintained a full time fabrication management representative to interface with the supplier regarding shop manning levels, job supervision management, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QE and MDR compilation and finalisation.
