As part of the CSBP AN2 expansion project IPS provided overall fabrication management inclusive of all the services from design through to commissioning management for their Kwinana Ammonium Nitrate bag store facility. IPS ensured high level of quality control on the project through full time management of the bag store contractor activities. This included their shop manning levels, job supervision, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QE and MDR compilation and finalisation.
