IPS provided fabrication management inclusive of all services from design through construction to commissioning management. The scope encompassed brownfield demolition works, installation of Jameson (floatation) cells and the associated coal handling circuit upgrade.
IPS fabrication management representatives monitored supplier activities including shop manning levels, job supervision management, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QC and MDR compilation and finalisation.
