Air Liquide engaged IPS to provide project and construction management services relating to the overall development. The scope included the tendering, design, construction and commissioning management services necessary for the successful completion of the project. The liquid nitrogen storage vessels were fabricated at the Australian Marine Complex, Common User Facility (AMC-CUF) by Cryeng.
Fabrication inspections were conducted by IPS personnel who maintained a constant dialogue with the supplier regarding shop manning levels, job supervision management, schedule/cost control and reporting, QA/QE and MDR compilation and finalisation.
