IPS has demonstrated experience in onshore and offshore fabrication and logistics management. IPS has been providing fabrication management services on both greenfield and brownfiled projects for many years. IPS also provides client representation including inspection services at offshore fabrication facilities.  IPS utilises a proprietary 2D bar code tracking system that allows us to track an item from the detail drawing through to fabrication and erection on site.  We can also use 3D design models for logistics, fabrication and erection status reporting.
