DSCN0762 640x480IPS has extensive experience acting as an impartial third party auditor or turn-around change agent for projects that are running into scheduling or budget difficulties. Our audits are often a collaborative effort where we work closely with the client and existing project team to pinpoint problem areas and identify solutions.

Our project audits provide detailed views of current project status, evaluation of the project system integrity as well as completion forecasts which usually address both cost and schedule aspects. Forecast to complete assessments are usually the most problematic aspect of the audit. The use of Earned Value and Earned Schedule measures for the project to date often are not the best guide to achieve project completion.

The key objective is to get struggling projects back on track by identifying weaknesses in management systems, budget allocation, resourcing and scheduling.  Once problems have been identified we will provide a list of effective recommendations to ensure you complete your project the best way then possible given the nature of the difficulties.
