IPS has a well developed framework and systems to manage projects of any size or complexity.  We can develop everything from preliminary schedules at the feasibility study stage to detailed execution timetables that integrate schedules for individual deliverables. IPS tends to use the Primavera P6 software package to build schedules.   This robust platform gives us the ability to record, analyze, record and communicate reliable information to both the client and project teams to facilitate timely and effective decision making.
