IPS is a provider of "Integrated Project Delivery Services" to the Mining, Mineral Processing, Oil and Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical, Government and Industrial sectors. This approach begins during our initial discussions where we determine exactly what services are needed to deliver the project according to the client's business objectives. 

In our initial meetings with our client we analyse the resources they bring to the project and identify the gaps in personnel and competencies needed to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.   When the gaps have been identified we work with the client to build an Integrated Management Team (IMT) that may include the client, contractors or selected suppliers and IPS staff who will be responsible for delivering the project.  

IPS can provide experienced personnel to complete an Integrated Management Team whether a client needs an entire project team for a project or needs a specialised competency like fabrication management.
